1win Argentina User Agreement – Terms and Conditions

We have had a User Agreement at 1win since 2022. It is a document that sets forth the terms and conditions that must be accepted in order to become a member of the community and use our online services. It governs aspects such as the minimum age requirement for participation, the geographic restrictions we impose, the requirement that the information provided be valid, and the limits on the use of our benefits. This means that the agreement sets forth the applicable legal obligations that each member must comply with on the 1win website and in the 1win app. After reading these terms, your use of our platform constitutes acceptance of them; and you assume full responsibility for your decisions when placing online bets.

Terms of the Agreement

We are currently governed by the User Agreement, version 18.07.2022 v1.1, which sets forth the conditions that all users accessing our sportsbook must meet:

  • You enter into a legally binding agreement with 1win and accept our Terms and Conditions;
  • You are at least 18 years old and meet the legal age requirement in Argentina;
  • You may only register once per person;
  • You do not reside in restricted areas;
  • You use our platform for personal purposes and with your own funds;
  • You have not self-excluded from gambling sites in the last 12 months;
  • You confirm that the information provided is verifiable;
  • You agree that 1win may set limits on winnings and withdrawals for specific periods;
  • You assume the risk of losses when participating in games and may not claim compensation from 1win or its representatives.

Every user should be aware that by creating an account or visiting the 1win website, they accept this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, the betting rules, and the published bonuses and offers. If a user does not accept this Agreement, they must refrain from using the platform.
